Salted Dharma Yoga with Jillian Sage

 Jillian teaches open group, private and public yoga classes throughout NYC. Her class is a Dharma inspired Vinyasa Flow focusing on proper alignment and ensuring that her students receive the full healing benefits of each posture.

Chakra crystal reiki with Alexis Alvarez

Enjoy the relaxing and therapeutic benefits of Crystal Reiki energy work. Alexis guides you into a relaxed state with meditation, then uses crystals, Reiki, and color to balance your energy field.

Gentle Flow + Meditation With Emily Maley

This 60-minute session is meant to move you, stretch you, relax you back into yourself. A gentle warm-up progresses into deep stretches connected with breath and finishes with a 20-minute guided meditation.

Kundalini Meditation with Rebeca BRAU

Vibrate the Cosmos. The Cosmos shall clear the path." This is one of the principles of Kundalini Yoga, which is a powerful technology that destroys limiting patterns and empowers us to be more creative, authentic and vibrant. Our vibratory rate directly affects our level of consciousness and wellbeing, as well as that of others. In this class, we will raise our vibration through different Kundalini Meditations. Start your weekend vibrating high!

Hatha Halo therapy ‘26 & 2’ With Jillian Sage

This class is inspired by the Bikram series of 26 postures, two breathing exercises. Focus and balance through the moves as this isn’t your typical yoga flow.

If you are looking to challenge yourself, then this is the class for you.

Salt & SOund healing with Alexis Alvarez

Alexis guides you into a relaxed state with crystal bowls for a tranquil sound.


Thursdays 6-7pm

Breathe in Peace with Rebeca Brau

Breath is life, and when we breathe properly we have better control over our response to challenges in life. In this class we will practice different breathing techniques that help us cope with stress, difficult emotions, limiting beliefs, etc. Through Kundalini pranayam (breath control), we will also stimulate new neurological connections that increase our awareness, self knowledge and wellbeing.
